About Andrew Wayfinder

You built the life that made sense.
But at some point, it stopped feeling like yours.

Not all at once…
But in quiet silences, swallowed truths,
a slow drift from what you knew deep down.

Then one daysomething cracked.
And the real question appeared:

“If this isn’t it, then what?”

I Know That Moment.

Because I lived it too.

I was ‘supposed’ to be an investment banker.
That was the plan. Prestigious. Practical.
The kind of life people respect, even if it quietly costs your soul.

Six weeks into accounting class, my soul refused.
Not loudly. (Souls rarely yell.)
Just a clear, quiet knowing:
“I’m here for more than this.”

I didn’t know what “more” was.
Only that I had to follow the thread.

So I did.
Social work. Architecture. Ecological design.
Each step brought me closer… but not home.

Then my mother died—suddenly, painfully, shatteringly.
And everything broke open.

Grief didn’t just stop me.
It revealed me.

In the loss, I saw what I’d been carrying:
A life shaped by duty.
Success built on adaptation.
Achievement layered over silence.

Beneath the Privilege: Pain

Like many of the women I work with,
my story holds privilege and trauma.

I was molested as a baby and child.
Bullied in boarding school.
Raised in a house of silence, rage, and survival.

I learned to be smart.
To be useful.
To disappear.

Therapy helped. (So much that I became a psychotherapist myself.)

But it was soul work—ancestral, spiritual, energetic—that finally reached the parts of me that language couldn’t.

I didn’t just need to understand.
I needed to retrieve what had been lost.

That’s what changed everything.
That’s what I now offer.

Why I Work With Women (Even Though I Didn’t Plan To)

I didn’t set out to work with high-level women.
They found me.

One by one, they arrived.
Brilliant. Capable. Visionary.

And quietly unraveling.

They came with professional dilemmas—burnout, power struggles, leadership friction.

But beneath that… I saw the deeper pattern:

  • Childhood trauma that was never named

  • Ancestral burdens still steering the ship

  • Soul contracts forged in lifetimes of distorted power

They weren’t just tired.
They were entangled—in invisible architecture that warped their truth and fed on their brilliance.

I recognized it.
Not as a woman.
But as someone who has danced with power across lifetimes.

I’ve misused it. Feared it. Hidden from it.

Now, I walk beside those reclaiming it—fully, cleanly, and without apology.

Why Work With Me?

You might wonder:
“Why trust a man with my power?”

It’s the right question.

Because power is the question.

Not just what others do with it—
but what you do with it.
How you carry it.
How you come back into right relationship with it.

I’m not a guru, a fixer, or a mapmaker.

I’m here as someone who has sat inside the wreckage…
and found the thread that leads back to soul.

I’ve lived both sides of power.
In this life, I was harmed.
In other lives, I caused harm.

Now, I hold space for transformation that goes beyond performance, beyond frameworks—
into the place where truth doesn’t need to shout.

I don’t direct your power.
I help you clear what clouds it.

What you choose to do from there... is entirely yours.

Life Is for Living

Transformation is just the beginning.
Life is here to be lived.

Things I love:

✔ Cooking and sharing meals (because connection nourishes too.)
✔ Traveling (because wonder is everywhere.)
✔ Art and design (because beauty heals.)
✔ Supporting charities for children, dogs, and nature (because power must serve.)

You weren’t born just to heal.
You were born to thrive.

Power. Joy. Purpose.
That’s what you’re here for.

That’s what we reclaim.

Not everyone is ready.
And that’s okay.

But if something in you is stirring—
If a quiet voice is whispering, “This… this is the way back…”
Then start here:

Are We a Fit?
