Orientation Conversation
A quiet conversation to orient—not to decide
You already know something is shifting.
This call is not pushing that shift forward.
It’s listening carefully enough to understand what it is.
An Orientation Conversation is a short, private meeting where we pause together—
long enough for your signal to be felt,
and for the next step (or non-step) to become clear.
No pressure.
No performance.
No expectation that anything must happen.
What This CONVERSATION Is (and Isn’t)
This is not:
a sales call
a strategy session
a commitment conversation
a mini version of the work
And it’s not a place to convince yourself (or me) of anything.
This is:
an orienting conversation
a chance to speak from where you actually are
a moment to sense whether a real threshold is present
a way to feel which path (if any) is aligned right now
Sometimes the clarity is:
“Yes, this is the work, and the timing is right.”
Sometimes it’s:
“Not yet.”
“Not this.”
“Something simpler is needed first.”
All of those are correct outcomes.
What We Do Together
The call lasts about 20–30 minutes on Zoom.
We’ll listen for:
what’s genuinely stirring beneath the surface
where your signal feels clear, and where it feels distorted
whether the work I offer is aligned with your current moment
I may reflect what I notice.
I may ask a question or two.
I will not:
diagnose you
fix anything
persuade you
create urgency
You’ll leave with:
more internal clarity
a felt sense of your next step
an honest read on whether we walk any part of that path together
This CONVERSATION Is For You IF
You feel a transition underway, but can’t quite name it
The old way no longer fits, and nothing new has stabilized yet
You’re less interested in improvement and more interested in truth
You want clarity before commitment
You don’t need to be “ready.”
You just need to be willing to be honest with yourself.
This Call Is Not For You If…
You’re looking to be convinced
You want someone to tell you what to do
You’re in crisis and need immediate therapeutic support
You’re shopping for options rather than listening for truth
This work moves slowly at the beginning—on purpose.
Before You Book, Take a Breath
You don’t need to prepare anything.
But it may help to sit quietly with one of these questions:
What am I most tired of carrying right now?
Where does my life feel quietly misaligned?
What feels finished—even if I don’t know what comes next?
If something softens or settles as you read that,
this conversation is likely appropriate.
